What usually causes it

How to fix it yourself
- Check if it affects one faucet or the whole house
- For one faucet: unscrew the aerator, soak in vinegar for 30 min, scrub and reinstall
- Check all shut-off valves are fully open
- If whole-house, check the pressure regulator (usually near the main shutoff)
- Ask neighbors if they have the same issue (may be municipal)
